Meet our team
Our team and partners bring together many years of collective experience in New Zealand's retirement village sector, including senior roles with some of the country's largest providers. It is precisely because of our deep industry understanding that we want to redefine how New Zealanders plan and secure their retirement living, with better transparency, fairer terms, and greater personal autonomy. We developed Peak Living to achieve that aim.
STUART BILBROUGH
Stuart is behind this new concept in how to fund new retirement village developments and the Peak Living “ticket to occupy.” Stuart is a highly experienced finance professional with more than 30 years as a NZ Chartered Accountant and over a decades experience in the retirement industry in CFO and CEO roles at Radius Residential Care and Promisia Healthcare. Stuart holds a B Com (Lincoln) and MBA with Distinction (Massey).
SUZY AINSWORTH
Susan has extensive experience in payroll, HR, accounts and administration. Having previously worked with Stuart during his tenure at Promisia Healthcare she is excited to join him as Assistant General Manager at Peak Living Management Limited. With recent experience navigating New Zealand's current retirement village system as an advocate for her parents she is thrilled to be able to share Stuart’s vision for the future model of retirement living.
JENNY CRAIG
Jenny has nearly 25 years of first-hand media experience most recently in her own business The Brand Gardener and prior with NZME. Jenny's media career started on completion of a media arts degree. Jenny understands that every business's challenge is unique so there is never one solution that fits all as she is currently finding with the new and exciting retirement village alternative of Peak Living.
ROWAN SWEETMAN
Rowan brings decades of property experience to Peak Living through his consultancy Instinct Group Limited. Rowan provides construction project management services to a variety of clients which has included major developments such the Wairau Park commercial and retail shopping area on Auckland's North Shore. Rowan also holds a real estate licence and with this experience has been able to assist Stuart in a buyers agent capacity for current and prospective bare land property purchases.
