I/we wish to express an interest in investing in the Peak Living Blenheim Retirement Village Fund. I/we understand that there will be a limited number of units available and that the investment amount is still to be confirmed. It is expected to be between $600,000 and $750,000 dependent on the finalised configuration of the village design.

I/we wish to express an interest in moving into the Peak Living Blenheim Retirement Village on Rene Street as a resident. I/we understand that Peak Living Management Limited being the promoter intends to apply for registration of the village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003 in or around March 2025. We are unable to make any offers of occupation in the village to the public at this stage.
